Creating UX-concepts for features including route planning for efficient charging, checking for plug availability and assistance during charging for finding restaurants or shops based on preset preferences.

Process

Collaborating with Bosch’s in-house development team, requirements and technical constraints got defined. Initial user feedback was collected by click-dummies, allowing for iterative refinement of the concept.

Stakeholder buy-in

To effectively communicate the new features' impact on user experience, I created a showcase video, developing its narrative, script, and leading its production for internal presentations and stakeholder buy-in.

Result

Based on a final click-dummy, Bosch’s development team created a functional POCs for both the mobile and in-car apps.

The demo-video successfully created excitement among internal stakeholders, securing funding for the subsequent project phases.
